The following screens allow you to register for a secure username for online government services and then enrol for the ELS online service.
If you have previously used e-Government services via the Government Gateway, such as e-IACS or Income Tax Returns you will need to enter the username and password that you obtained for those services. Once you click the link below you will need to select the 'Enrol' button on the following screen, at which point you will need to enter your username and password.
If you have never used such on-line services then you should click the 'Register' button on the next screen. You will then need to enter details, such as your name e=mail address and select your registration category; the available options are either individual, or organisation. If you are going to be completing these forms on behalf of a company that you work for please select 'Organisation', otherwise please select 'Individual'.
You will be requested to enter the the ERDP Internet PIN that has been sent to you in a letter and also the answer that you gave to the security question that was asked when you made your initial request to use this service.

It is important to take note of your user ID and password because you will use this in the ELS ONLINE toolkit.
